Event description:
Our 50 Days of Fall Writing deserve a proper send-off! Join the Federation of BC Writers for a day of writing, encouragement, and celebration.
The Big Finish features six hosted, two-hour quiet writing blocks, giving you plenty of opportunities to settle into your project alongside fellow writers. Some blocks will include optional prompts to spark an idea or help you get unstuck, and we’ll have breaks, prizes, and chances to celebrate the progress we’ve made.
Bring a draft to finish, pages to revise, a new idea to explore, or simply a desire to spend some time writing. Join us for one block, a few, or the whole day—there’s no requirement to stay for all twelve hours or reach a particular word count.
This event is included with every 50 DAYS FOR FALL WRITING full-pass registration.Separate finale registration is also available, so you’re welcome to join us even if you haven’t taken part in the challenge.
Let’s see what we can put on the page before we close the book on this year’s fall writing efforts!
**Digital doors open at 8:50 a.m.**
