WordWorks looking for Editorial Board members

Your Federation of BC Writers Board wants WordWorks to be one of the best association literary magazines in Canada. Consistently putting together a magazine in that class is going to be hard work, but immensely rewarding for the team at the heart of the publication – the Editorial Board.

The WordWorks Editorial Board will be a group that has diverse knowledge about very specific areas of focus for WordWorks: Fiction & Creative Non-Fiction, Poetry, the business of writing, and our regions. We need five or six people who can cram all that and more into a cohesive working – dare we say WordWorking – group.

We think members on the Editorial Board are in for a rewarding experience. When you bring that kind of talent together, focus the group on a task that will have tremendous benefits for the Fed’s membership and beyond, and ask it to come up with innovative ideas and perspectives, the needle is going to swing well into the exhilaration red-zone. It will be an interesting place to be.

If you want to put your name in – we’re looking for representation of all disciplines from many parts of the province – please contact the Fed’s Communications Officer and he’ll get back to you with more details.
