With more than 30 years experience working in the food industry at hotels and restaurants in France and Canada, Chef Eric is a certified culinary instructor who now resides in Vancouver, Canada where he offers cooking classes & personal chef services throughout the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.

Previously, Chef Eric worked as an executive chef at Le Cap-Estel, a 5-star hotel on the French Riviera, where he successfully supervised a team of 14 chefs and had the privilege of cooking for Prince Albert of Monaco, Catherine Deneuve, and the members of the band U2…to name a few.

He created the site in 2000 for food lovers around the globe; it was one of the first online cooking school-style sites to be developed for the Internet and continues to gain popularity daily with thousands of aspiring chefs worldwide.
